Hi:) In this video, i will show you how to replace Unity terrain trees with prefabs, so that players can interact with them just like in a survival game:) Normally, terrain trees can’t have scripts attached, which makes cutting them down or collecting wood impossible. But thanks to this script we can still keep the performance of the terrain system, but when required convert a tree into a fully interactive prefab:) This is an ideal solution for those who create survival or open world games in Unity.
