I put a 1998 DH bike head to head against the ultimate downhill bike of 2026 for bicycle science on Cwmcarn DH race trails, how will they compare?
The Canyon Sender is known as one of the best Downhill bikes on the market with its incredible technology and insane componentry this thing is top of the pile in 2026, but today I'm putting it head to head with a bike that was of the same stature in 1998. This bike was at the pinnacle of MTB back in the day so it's only right to give it some love and push it to the limit to see how well it can perform! Would you ride this?
I hope you enjoy the video!
