There are many many different Vtuber apps that you can use for 3D models that also happen to be free. The most popular one I’ve heard about is VseeFace, everyone and their grandmother seems to be using it. I’m not an expert at it so take what I have to offer on that topic with a grain of salt.
My main program as of right now is VUP because I like the extra face tracking elements that it had and it’s a lot more subtle than VseeFace’s tracking. Everyone has their preferences though
