Dang y'all. Buckle in folks this is a long one. This video is intended to celebrate all the things I've worked on that are SFM, TF2, or Dota 2 related. The reason I'm doing this is because this past Wednesday (Feb 12, 2025) was the 10 year anniversary of my Dota music pack releasing in game. It's kind of wild how I'm feeling right now. Putting this together had me going through a lot of old files, digging through youtube channels, and re-watching a ton of old videos. I realize how fortunate I am to have had the chance to work with so many wonderful people. All of the pieces I've included in this video are huge parts of my career, each one helped me grow and learn in some way. Without Source Filmmaker, I don't think I would be where I am now as a professional. TLDR; Everyone I've had the pleasure of working with has left an indellible mark on me as a creative. Each and every one of them is a lifelong friend, even though I've only met a handful face to face. I'm eternally thankful and I wouldn't be where I am now without you. Now for the long winded part: There's so much I want to share from these past 10 years. I wanted to keep this video short but even limiting clips to roughly 10 seconds made the video almost 9 minutes. I hope you'll stick around and watch and then go find the originals and give those folks some love. It all started in 2014 when I worked on Rivalry Rush and Wanted Warehouse. Those collaborations led me to award winning teams that ultimately netted me 5 Saxxy's. 2015 was Harmonies of New Bloom, that project got me on my feet financially and gave me some major credbility in game dev. Not even joking, being able to say I did music in Dota 2 has gotten me at least 4 projects. Then Turbulence. My single most highest streaned piece. Last I checked it's almnost 200k lifetime on Spotify and closing it at 1 million total on Youtube. This track as singlehandedly created a fanbase for me. Even if I don't know how to spell the word Soudntrack. 2016 I worked with Dopatwo for the first time, eventually leading to us making two albums of SNES music for his youtube. Also Timeless Thief from the team that became the Lost Cosmonauts animation studio. Was my second time visiting Valve after winning that year. Then Burning Through Space 2 by Winglet. This film was a dream and one that's continuing as we work on the finale to the Fedora Chronicles. 2017 was a lighter year but I got to collaborate with some great friends on Saxxy entries again and got to work with Wronchi for the first time. 2018 was the last year I did an official Saxxy entry. Worked with a bunch of teams and won Best Extended with Leak!. Lost overall Agent Gunn which makes absolute sense. It's a fantastic film. Was also the first year I worked with Tip of the Hats and was the year we released Ready Up the Competitive TF2 documentary. This year we also got a taunt into TF2: the Scorcher's Solo! 2019 was the first time I got to do music for e-sports. Worked with Kritzkast on interstitials and the grand finals countdown for Copenhagen Games. I also got to work with Lost Cosmonauts on the opening cinematic for the MDL Paris Major! 2020 was my first year working at Respawn. This year was also light: sound effects for a weapon on the TF2 workshop and music for hXX's Apex Legends short Seeing Double. 2021 was huge. This was the year for The Red, the Blu, and the Ugly. That film was amazing to work on. Winglet is a genius. 2022 was the first year I worked with Polybrow and the TFConnect Team. Each year since we've made an album for the charity broadcast. I also started working on Ability Arena with Double Edge studios, which eventually led to working with them on their first game outside of Dota: Relic Arena. 2023 was Interloper. Working with Anomidae has been incredibly fulfilling. He's one of my longest collaborators, continously working together since 2016. He's brilliant. 2024 was yet another great year for TFConnect but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Project Borealis. I joined that team as Audio Lead in 2018. I loved working on that team but had to drop in late 2021 as life was becoming too hectic. Was a joy to see them finally release and I can't wait for more. Lastly, Mann's Final Stand. I'm so hyped for this. When it finally comes out I am going to take a week off just to watch it repeatedly. It's a culmination of a decade plus of work for The Winglet and I know he's gonna knock it out of the park. I intend to do the same with the soundtrack. My life has been a wild one. Plenty of ups and downs but one true constant has been this. I get to do what I love and I get to do it with brilliant people who creatively fuel me. Thanks to all who I've had a chance to work with. Thanks to all who come to my channel and listen to my music. If you've ever streamed it, bought in on Bandcamp, or even torrented it I thank you. Knowing that you listen and like listening to is incredibly motivating. Thanks again, ad infinitum - Pumodi
