See how I made a lamp for above the dining table. I used 3 x 2,5 Watt 12 volt G4 LEDs and 4 x 5 cm RGB-strip, of which I only used the green. The power supply is above the ceiling, the steel cables are used for powering the lamp. These steel cables are being sold in a hanging kit, this one: https://youtu.be/od4TUoBb2lM , I bought them from a local webshop, https://www.staalkabelstunter.com/bevestiging/ophangkits/. I used 15 mm aluminium strip (L- and U-shaped). The video starts with the making of it, if you are just interested in the finished result, skip to . Thumbs up for the music! In february 2017 it was *exactly* 150 years ago that 'The Blue Danube' was performed for the very first time! Kudos to one of my heroes mr. Johann Strauss jr., who not wanted to create 'just' beautiful music, but wanted the people to dance to it too.
