Skooma Addict Uses Thu’um At City Guard | Oblivion NPC

When you hear the skooma fueled thu’um in the flesh, some say it melts the mind of even the most constitutionally conditioned NPC. Stay alert and pray to Akatosh that you never cross paths with an NPC skooma addict such as this. These NPCs are highly volatile and if properly skooma-fueled, can level a village square in the blink of an eye. Stay safe out there travelers. Until the next time, my fellow adventurers. - NPC Archivist If you ever come across some NPCs worth archiving or need to contact me, shoot an email over to: npcarchivist(AT)gmail(DOT)com ———————————— To get all the latest NPC Archivist Updates, sign up for the newsletter below: https://npcarchives.com ———————————— #NPC #OblivionNPC #NPCDialogue
