Evicted Skooma Addict Fails Speech Check | Oblivion NPC

I hope everyone had a great new year. Please forgive my lack of uploads recently. Between my real job, the holidays and me moving, the last weeks have been hectic. These last 2 weeks are the longest I’ve taken a break from all this since I started. As fun as this all is, some time away was much needed and I now to boot, have a decent stockpile of NPC shenanigans to usher in the new year. Thanks to everyone who donated to the Scarves Against Skooma fundraiser. Supplies have been purchased, keep an eye out for a community post update.
