Team Fortress 2 is a fun game but with the amount of hats in it there's no doubt you once thought "I wish this hat went on this hat".
This exploit lets you combine two hats or cosmetics together for a short time. Who found it? Honestly, I'm not sure, I found this my self but according to the backpack wiki, it is known.
