This Building Should Last Centuries / Masonry Work
I put in place some of the last huge stones and a 150 years old stone header, hand made by our ancestors. It was in our old barn, but when my father was renovating it, the stone was taken out and I found perfect spot for it as a door header. As the walls are growing higher the structure is starting to take the attention form the log cabin and I hope when done it won't overshadow the log cabin, but rather complement it. The two buildings are made from completely different types of materials and building styles.
