It has been 4 books since Daenerys Targaryen hatched her 3 dragons and rumors of it are just reaching Westeros. Many of the characters have heard about the dragons, but many others haven't. Some have heard but don't believe the tales and others have uprooted their whole life to go meet Dany and try gain the power of these dragons.
