The Craziest Character Introduction In A Song of Ice And Fire (Ramsay Bolton)

Ramsay Bolton AKA Ramsay Snow is one of the most insane characters in all of A Song of Ice and Fire and his introduction might be as crazy as he is. Not only in the show where we see him turning Theon into Reek for an entire season before we learn who he is, but even more so in the book where his introduction includes a fake out death, a secret identity, betrayal, scheming and then a grand reveal. Can you think of any character introduction in ASOIAF that can compete with Ramsay? If so let me know and maybe I will have to cover it as well.
