Benjen Knows About Jon's True Parents (And Why Benjen Joined The Watch)

The Harrenhal stage play has revealed many things ASOIAF fans have been wondering about for ages and one of the things that has often been suspected but not confirmed is that Benjen knew what happened with Rhaegar and Lyanna and this might have had something to do with his reasons for joining the nights watch. The play seems to have given us confirmations of some of these long held theories so lets talk about that and how it colors a re-read of the few appearances Benjen made early in the books and show. If you want to hear me talk about where Benjen ended up and how Benjen might now be a bird check that out here https://youtu.be/S9NM9GaOAcI
