ROBERT'S REBELLION | Episode 1: The Road to Harrenhal | A Game of Thrones Story | Fan Made Series Seventeen years before Game of Thrones, the Seven Kingdoms stand on the edge of a war that will bring down a dynasty. Welcome to Episode 1 of Robert's Rebellion, an unofficial episodic fan series created using a combination of AI filmmaking tools and my own writing, editing, direction and artistic input. In this first episode, we explore the political landscape of Westeros in the build-up to the legendary Tourney at Harrenhal. House Targaryen still rules the Seven Kingdoms, but the reign of King Aerys II Targaryen, the Mad King, has grown increasingly unstable. On Dragonstone, Prince Rhaegar Targaryen finds himself caught between his father's paranoia and the growing unrest among the great houses. Meanwhile, Ned Stark and Robert Baratheon, raised by Jon Arryn as his wards in the Vale are now approaching adulthood. The bonds between Houses Stark, Baratheon, Arryn and Tully grow stronger through friendship, loyalty and marriage alliances. Visit familiar characters and fan favorite locations, when old alliances are beginning to form, and the events that will ignite Robert's Rebellion are quietly being set in motion.
