The macOS 27 Golden Gate Public Beta is finally here! In this video, I walk through the best new macOS 27 features you should try immediately after installing the beta.
This year’s update is less about flashy redesigns and more about making your Mac smarter and faster. Siri AI is now deeply integrated into Spotlight, Visual Intelligence comes to the Mac, Safari gains AI-powered extensions and page monitoring, Shortcuts become dramatically easier to build, and Apple has made dozens of under-the-hood improvements that make everyday use noticeably better.
I’ll also cover the new Liquid Glass customization options, improvements to iPhone Mirroring, smarter Writing Tools, performance upgrades, and everything else worth checking out in the macOS 27 Public Beta.
