Can you make a JUUL Teen-Proof? Such a solution would have the potential to solve the teen vaping problem in the US, but at the moment, anybody who can get their hands on a vape can easily use one. With vaping bans proving to be ineffective, and teen usage still on the rise, is there any way to stop teens from even getting interested in the first place? I think I might have just the solution.
