When most people think of electric cars, they think of Tesla - but buying one of your own comes at a high price. However, there's one manufacturer that is offering an alternative by releasing one of the cheapest EVs yet. In 2020, Dacia revealed the production version of its first electric vehicle - The Spring Electric, which is likely to come on sale in 2021. Dacia states the Spring Electric will offer the lowest total cost of ownership of any new electric vehicle on the market. With such a low price, the likes of Tesla should be worried - while they charge a premium, there are now manufacturers offering the same base product for tens of thousands less. In this video, we take a look at what the Dacia Spring Electric has to offer.
