In this tutorial we’ll build your first playbook from scratch - then run it with ansible-pull, which I think is the better way to use Ansible for most setups. We’ll create a git repository to hold the playbook, write it step by step, break the settings out into a variables file, then SSH into a Linode server, install Ansible, and let the machine pull its own configuration and apply it. No control node, no inventory file to babysit. By the end you’ll have a working, version-controlled setup that any new server can configure itself from in one command. ⚙️ My full-length Ansible Course is here ➜ https://learnlinux.link/ansible 📄 The code used in this video is here ➜ https://learnlinux.link/ansible-pull-repo *🚀 If This Content Is Helping You, Consider Support Learn Linux TV* - *Become a Patron* - https://learnlinux.link/patron - *Official Learn Linux TV Merch* - https://merch.learnlinux.tv - *Grab my troubleshooting strategies ebook* - https://learnlinux.link/troubleshooting-ebook - *Explore my hands-on Linux courses* - https://learnlinux.link/courses - *Deploy Your Own Linux Server with Linode* - https://learnlinux.link/linode *🕐 Time Codes* *🎓 More About Learn Linux TV* - *Official website* - https://www.learnlinux.tv - *Community Forums* - https://community.learnlinux.tv - *Official Subreddit* - https://learnlinux.link/reddit - *Facebook Community* - https://learnlinux.link/facebook-group - *Need Professional Linux Assistance?* - https://learnlinux.link/help - *More about Jay* - https://learnlinux.link/jay *🤝 Affiliate and Content Ethics* Some links in this description are affiliate links.
