This series will cover all three games they developed, how they innovated, what didn't succeed and and attempt at the age-old question: "What happened to Troika Games?" In Vampire: Bloodlines, you play a fledgling vampire caught in a complex power play between the Camarilla, the rebellious Anarchs and the dangerous Sabbat; in a World of Darkness, filled with betrayal, ambition and politics of the night. Based on the beloved pen and paper game. Let's take an in-depth look at what made this game great but also what destroyed its chances of success in this Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines retrospective. ---------------- MUSIC CREDITS Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines soundtrack by Rik Schaffer http://www.wombmusic.net/ 'A Dream Within a Dream' by Twin Musicom 'Into the Depths' by Jingle Punks 'Horror Music' by Audionautix 'Right to Be' by Jingle Punks 'Moth' by Silent Partner 'Turnpike' by Silent Partner 'Undercover Vampire Policeman' by Chris Zabriskie ---------------- FOOTAGE CREDITS Some VtM: Bloodlines gameplay clips from Rotovision: https://www.youtube.com/user/gameswithrojo Some VtM: Bloodlines gameplay clips from TheGamerReport: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHMY1fZ431w5guiO1800zbA Some VtM: Bloodlines gameplay clips from Lavinia: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzmzSPjaYhf36UorbLS-p9Q ---------------- SOURCES https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vampire:_The_Masquerade_%E2%80%93_Bloodlines https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troika_Games https://www.giantbomb.com/vampire-the-masquerade-bloodlines/3030-16426/ https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2009/04/06/interview-without-a-vampire-bloodlines-b-mitsoda/ http://money.cnn.com/2004/02/02/commentary/game_over/column_gaming/ http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/video-games/issues/issue_77/440-The-Rise-and-Fall-of-Troika https://books.google.com/books?id=lroZsP4zyIYC&pg=PA102#v=onepage&q&f=false ---------------- ARTWORK CREDITS 'Ravnos Antediluvian' by Shefango https://shefango.deviantart.com/art/Ravnos-Antediluvian-Awakened-258034643 ---------------- PATREON ► https://www.patreon.com/IndigoGaming TWITCH ► https://www.twitch.tv/indigogamingchannel TWITTER ► https://twitter.com/TheIndigoGaming FACEBOOK ► https://www.facebook.com/IndigoGamingChannel/ DISCORD ► https://discord.gg/j98gDah #VampireTheMasqueradeBloodlines #VTM #TroikaGames
