Road to Hyrox sub 1 Hour - ich hab’ mein PB aus 2020 um 7sek geschlagen!
Irgendwie erleichternd, dass ich nicht langsamer geworden im Vergleich zu früher - habe insgeheim aber gehofft etwas schneller zu sein... aaaaaber egal - Coach Fux sagt es gibt low hanging fruits und nun wissen wir noch genauer wodran ich arbeiten muss.
Schaffe ich's 6min und 32Sekunden schneller zu werden bis zum Hyrox Hamburg im Oktober? Wir werden sehen, let's go!
