If, like me, you’ve seen ads for smart litter boxes which are self-cleaning, you’ve likely wondered if they’re worth it. Well, over the past few weeks my cats have been trying out the ‘Luma’ which is the new, smart, self-cleaning litter box from Petlibro.
In this review, I go over the features and my experience of using the Luma, including how easy my cats found it to use, how good it is at dealing with unwanted odors, how well it delivers on the ‘self cleaning’ front, and also talking about how it can be beneficial for my cats’ health.
As of right now, the Luma is only released in the US, but will launch in CA/EU in early 2026.
This video was sponsored by Petlibro, but all my thoughts on the Luma are genuine and honest!
