Dantics says that Mass Effect Universe was set over 600 years after the Reaper War, and players would step into the boots of a customizable N7 agent. Players would also have a much smaller arsenal of weapons that would make them feel like a “cross between John Wick and James Bond,” and they’d be working to take down a sinister force that was operating in the shadows of a galactic cold war.
