Had some friends (Xzadfor and Kipper) drive down from out of state just to meet baby Asriel this weekend!! Our baby foxie continues to amaze us, allowing everyone to pick him up, and pet him, and play with him!! Immediately after pouncing non stop for 6 minutes, little Asriel was so tired but still wanted to puppy-fight and chew, but could only put half of the usual effort into it!!

Asriel is a tame American-bred red fox of the White Mark color phase/subspecies. He is from a dealer in Pennsylvania, but made available to us by Dave and Tammy of Tiny Tracks, a breeder which I highly recommend! You can get one just like him at http://www.tinytracksexoticanimals.com/
He enjoys a large outdoor habitat and also a small indoor caged spot in my living room. Foxes are said to make 'bad' pets, but I would rather say foxes make wonderful pets!... just rather destructive, moody pets, NOT FOR CHILDREN (they BITE... soft, medium, AND HARD... you have to learn exactly when to stop petting them!).
