Family hiking at Bournak, Krusne hory in Czech republic (mountain where I started skiing)

When visiting our home country, Czech Republic, I wanted to see places which are very special to me. I started skiing on this mountain more than 30 years ago. I spent thousands of hours here, training for my skiing races. And today, after so many years, I am glad to return and show this place to my husband. We enjoyed this family hike with my dad and his wife. Bournak is 869 meters / 2,851 ft high mountain in Krusne Hory (Ore Mountains) in Czech Republic. In the summer you can enjoy the hikes in the deep forests and on the green meadows, with the cool views on another mountain range Ceske Stredohori. Mountain biking is also very popular in this area. In winter, you can have a thrill on one of the 6 ski slopes there.
