Chime // Animation Meme (B-day Gift for Neo The Axolotl)

Been wanting to do the Chime animation meme for ages but didn't know what to do with it. Perfect chance to do another vid for my BF @Neo the Axolotl ! He's starting up his channel for gaming streams and stuff so go sub if that's your thing! I kept changing how the character looks like every single frame so Oop just ignore that lmaoo Original: https://youtu.be/9xpS-xTJkAU Song: https://youtu.be/AHBnM1Jin9A My twitter: https://twitter.com/wingedwolf94 (For art and my bad takes) My insta: https://www.instagram.com/wingedwolf94 (My art gallery) Merch: https://teespring.com/stores/wingedwolf94 (Helps me financially so I can keep animating!)
