How to Make Separate Objects Look Like One Mesh in Cinema 4D & Redshift
If your Cinema 4D character's separate limbs, arms, and legs look like they're just stuck together, the Redshift Round Corners node fixes that instantly. The Round Corners node blends the shading at every intersection point at render time making separate limbs look completely seamless without touching your geometry. It's basically a normal blending shading trick that makes separate objects look like one seamless mesh in Redshift. This is probably one of my favorite tricks for character work in Cinema 4D and Redshift and goes perfectly with my Bendy Limbs Rig!
