I know I had to remix it next since I was really vibing with it lately! Eventually, I’ll get to the other bangers like "Last Surprise" and "Rivers in the Desert". For this remix, I wanted to try some different kick samples and doing that really changed the whole vibe of the song since the kick I chose didn't have a lot of higher frequencies. Doing this kinda chilled out the vibe of the whole arrangement since I eq’d and made synths to accompany the similar energy level of the kick. Overall, this was a bit experimental of a project but I’m glad it turned out the way it did! Of course, I had to do a big chord drop section though hahaha Instead of doing some more towards a bass house or electro house drop, I wanted to focus it more on the emotional situation going on with Makoto’s sister and how both of them must have felt during this time. I hope you guys like what I came up with in that section! Huge shoutout to the amazing new vocal feature, Amiya! Thanks to @MioriCelesta ‘s recommendation to check out Amiya’s work, I knew I had to contact her for this song as her voice would fit perfectly to Lyn’s style! Amiya really blew this one out of the park! Please check out more of her vocal work! Overall, I hope I did the original song justice and I hope I was able to convey what I felt when playing this section of the game within this arrangement! Until next time! ___ Soundcloud: Off Vocal / Instrumental Download: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/e3qx4x8ewkbiixccy89uk/Whims-of-Fate-feat-Amiya-dj-Jo-Remix-Instrumental.mp3?rlkey=bh4h2f0ydvfhusmc40dua88u4&dl=0 Official Discord: https://discord.gg/QJCuhQz Official Website: http://www.dj-jo.com/ Bandcamp: http://dj-jo.bandcamp.com/ iTunes: http://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/dj-jo/id456075071 Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/37aR5PqATWZwKvh9nkebho Tumblr: http://dj-jo.tumblr.com/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/djJoMusic Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/djjomusicchannel Instagram: http://instagram.com/djJoMusic #persona5 #persona5royal Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/djjomusic
