"Great Maia" | Dinosauria Series | Animated Short Film (2026)

The film is set in the Two Medicine Formation during the Late Cretaceous and follows a young first-time mother Maiasaura as she tries to protect her first clutch of eggs. "Great Maia" has not only been my biggest and most ambitious film to date, but also my most emotional and intimate one too. It was 5 years in the making and was easily the most passionate I've ever been about a project in my entire life. It was an unfathomable amount of work to create this film, but I genuinely think this is the best piece of art I've ever created.
