How far can I get in Tears of the Kingdom without taking damage?

I'm going to be trying to beat (or get as far as I realistically can) without taking any damage in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom! If I get hit at all, I restart. I'm allowed 7 total "checkpoints" from which I can restart from after reaching. One after the Great Sky Island, and then one after each completed dungeon + Hyrule Castle. If I take damage anywhere in between, it's back to the last checkpoint!
