Why is fieldwork important at university? // Ep6
Fieldwork was one of the most enjoyable parts of the course for me. We got to travel to different parts of the world, enabling us to collect various forms of data - both qualitative and quantitative. In first year, we got to travel to Barcelona. In second year we conducted investigations in Paris. Third year took us to Gibraltar, where we explored geopolitical themes. Watch this video to find out about why fieldwork is important and to discover the new world of university life.
University has played such an important role in my life. It’s allowed me to become the person that I am today. I’ve partnered with UCL Geography to create a series with 8 episodes to reveal what life is really like whilst studying at UCL.
