Discover how much the world has changed in the last century. During the last ice age, which was only 18,000 years ago, CO₂ levels were as low as 180 parts per million (ppm). It is now the year 2020 and CO₂ continue to increase, leading to devastating impacts across the world. Impacts from climate change are happening now. It will only get worse if we don't act now. #climatechange For those of you who do not know me, my name is Anpu and I am a YouTuber and filmmaker from London making educational videos about language, culture and development. However, I am also a Geographer at heart. I have a BA in Geography from UCL and I wrote my dissertation about water security. This is the first film from a series of four films, to be released soon. Through these films, I hope to raise awareness of climate change. It has been such a pleasure working with Professor Mark Maslin at University College to produce this short film. This video was sponsored by Professor Mark Maslin and UCL Department of Geography. #ad Thank you to Churchill Retirement Living for your support and everyone else who have supported this film.
