I recently made an educational resource which went viral on social media. It was really therapeutic to work on this resource over the past month. I’m really tired of people not respecting my name. I thought I’d create a shareable resource so that it can help people and empower. I did many hours of research for this. I called up friends of various ethnicities to ask about their experiences with their name. I made revisions after receiving valuable feedback. Furthermore, I read and researched and found links to a disturbing colonial past. Thank you to those who genuinely make an effort because when you pronounce my name properly, it’s music to my ears 🎶 #LoveYourIdentity You're welcome to share this with your workplace etc. Please credit me. A PDF is available to download. - Download the resource here (free PDF): https://www.anpu.london/name Anpu's personal details: Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/AnpuLondon Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/AnpuLondon Twitter - https://twitter.com/AnpuLondon More videos about my heritage and identity: My mother tongue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_bTwoO-3L4Y&t=195s Family: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkNcC3VWmvo Cheerio!
