On the last day of the year, I decided to spend new year's eve in the mountains. I packed all of my bivvy equipment and drove to the top of Vršič Pass in the afternoon. I had to hike through the dark until I finally found a nice cave below the north wall of Mala Mojstrovka, which I intended to climb the next morning. The night was peaceful and I slept pretty well since the temperatures were barely below zero. But because of the warm temperatures and bad weather, I had to abort my climbing goal in the morning. I packed all of my gear and hiked back to the car. Even though I couldn't climb the route, I still had such a great time camping up in the mountains. An unforgettable start to the year 2023 :) DISCLAIMER: Do NOT try to recreate anything you see in my videos. I sometimes make dangerous things look like fun and games, but keep in mind I’m a trained professional with years of experience in Alpinism. I may give a few tips every now and then, but I am NOT qualified to teach. This video is for entertainment purposes only!
