A little girl walks into a detective's office and hires him to find her stolen dog. The detective is two metres of cyborg in a worn leather coat. The dog is carrying something the whole city wants.

A retro-futuristic noir series set in a loud, gaudy, decaying city of cables, rust and neon, where almost everybody carries a piece of machinery in their body and nobody finds it worth mentioning. Braddock is a private investigator who is very good at frightening people and hopeless with children. This is his first case.
