Why Games Look The Same After Months of Work
I'm a solo indie developer working on a witch-themed RPG called Mana Valley. A week of work went into reworking enemy AI and there's basically nothing to show from it... but it was incredibly important. This is why games sometimes look the same after months and months of work. Game dev is not a linear process.
